Sports Camps

Our elite sport camps typically run over a

4-5 day period. Participants are placed within small groups of 4-6 people.

Each small group will be assigned a number of different coaches over the duration of the camp, each specialising in the different aspects of athletic development – skills, strength & conditioning and sport psychology.


We create relaxed and fun environments, as it is within these settings that young people respond best.

Small Group Development

Small group programmes run throughout the year. Each course takes place over a 1-2 day period. The primary focus of these events is to dive deeper into the areas of sports psychology and physical conditioning.

These courses are open to all sports. 

Team Sessions

These sessions normally take place on your premises with one of Treo Sports team members attending to talk to your coaches or adolescent sports team.


The events are a combination of team talks and lectures which are centred on a topic which your club or school would like to gain further knowledge.
