The Old Alex HC Academy aims to help every player reach their potential. Through small-group coaching, we challenge players to step outside their comfort zone, embrace mistakes as part of learning, and develop technically, tactically, and personally. Our aim is to inspire a lifelong love of hockey while creating a strong community where every player feels valued, supported, and motivated to improve.
